You will be able to use this business model to accelerate revenue growth in one or more areas of your business.

What is a business model?

In this engagement we’ll map out the different factors that impact how you generate revenue from your customers.

We’ll include your ideal customer profile and your value proposition to support those customers. We’ll look at the different commercial models that you’ll have with those customers and the different routes to market. We’ll define the partners, resources and activities that you’ll need to make this business model a success before concluding with the revenue model and cost structure to deliver it.

A business model can be designed for your entire company, or a specific product or customer segment.

Who is this for?

This engagement is suitable for companies at Seed or Series A who are trying to build a predictable and repeatable revenue engine by defining their business model.

It is also suitable for later stage businesses at between $10m ARR and $100m ARR who are defining a new business model for a new product, new channels, new acquisition or geographical expansion.

How long does it take?

4-6 weeks depending on the number of preparatory interviews and scheduling the live workshops.

Timing of prototypes and deployment of selected business model will depend on complexity of business model and be defined during the engagement.
